Blog-Post Assessment

    Panera Bread

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at is Panera Bread.  This place is all over, but the closest one to me is in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  They serve mostly soup and sandwiches, well that is mostly what I get.  Not only that but also pasta, salad, flat breads, and much more.  My favorite meal served at Panera when I go is the Mac and Cheese.
Something that is interesting about this food place is you can either put your soup or mac and cheese in a regular bowl or a bread bowl (a bowl made out of bread). The history behind Panera Bread is that it was founded by Louis Kane and Ron Shaich.  It began on the eat coast of the United States. But went internationally during the 1980s and 1990s.  Panera is in the bakery-cafe category in food business.
Panera is my favorite restaurant because it has that "homie" feel to eat.  The food is very comforting and it is a peaceful place to do work.  Also they have free-wifi.  If Panera was to ever go out of business and close down, I would go toChipotle.  I chose here because I love the chips and guacamole.
Also I could eat this restaurant everyday.  Every time I go to the mall, I always get this from there.  I enjoy both of these wonderful food places.  They are just so good to eat and also good for you.  Though you may not see it, but since I have done this assessment, I have learned most of the ingredients are good for you.
